as for now, reign ave. will only be shipping australia wide. once your goodies have been shipped, we are not responsible for the loss or damage that occurs to your parcel and excess shipping costs. upon placing an item, you agree to these terms.

standard post comes at a cost of $10 and express comes at a cost of $13.

orders over $75 will qualify for free standard shipping and orders over $150 will qualify for free express shipping.

returns

if needing to return your item for whatever reason, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order - if it is after 7 days, we will be unable to fulfill your return request. you must include your order number and reasoning for returns. returns must be in their original condition with tags still on and packaging. if a return, exchange or replacement is agreed upon, instructions on returning your goods will be emailed to you. you will then receive an email either accepting or declining the refund, solely depending on the state of the item after inspection from our team.

PLEASE NOTE - items qualified for returns are limited to defects and mistakes made on our part. items that have self-inflicted damage such as; sun damage, water damage and washing damage will not be accepted. this also goes for change of mind. we ask that you please pay close attention to the sizing guide and the description of the product before purchasing to ensure the best service and product guarantee! we will do the absoloute best and work closely alongside you to ensure you are satisfied with your items and experience.
